“I needed a ramp built to get my mom in her wheelchair out the front door, down 3 steps, across an approximately 25ft sidewalk then up 6 steps to our parking deck.This seemed like an impossible task. I thought I’d only be able to get 1 ramp out of the house & then I’d have to contend with a very steep driveway to get her in the car. But 101 Mobility exceeded my expectations! They didn’t just build a ramp. They built a bridge from the front… door all the way to the car! I still can’t believe it! They are incredible! Even an architect who is a professor at a university saw the pictures of the bridge & was very impressed. I uploaded one but I’m not sure how to add it to this post. You’ve got to see it! “My mother-in-law has serious mobility issues, and while se can still go up and down stairs it’s not easy for her. We decided getting a stair lift was the best course of action to make her life easier and more convenient in our home. We met with multiple companies including 101 to get pricing and just a better understanding of installing a lift. One company was rude after I said we are just getting quotes. 101 and the other company were nice, but… Donna and her son from 101 just seemed to be more invested in the outcome of the lift and not just acquiring our business. My mother-in-law liked them a lot as people and felt they actually cared about what this meant to her and I agreed. They were amazing in explaining the process, what the lift would look like, the ease of use, and the maintenance. The installers were amazing too. Super-fast and efficient and just so professional. If I can say anything about them that would make you choose 101 it would be this: You’re not a customer to 101. You’re not an increase to their profit margins. You are a person in need of help and they want to make your life better. Since the installation, my mother-in-law has more energy to do things around the house and go out of the house as well. She doesn’t have to worry about outside trips and being too tired to go upstairs when she gets home anymore. She can go to her grandson’s baseball games again. She can go shopping with her daughter again. She can go out to brunch with her friends again. I know it sounds crazy, but going up two flights of stairs is extremely difficult and takes a lot out of her. She can now go up and down without worrying about falling or running out of energy. “I’m a new mom whose maternity leave ended when my four-month-old son started school. He’s thriving, having mastered crawling, learning to walk, sitting, and solid foods. He’s also learned to drink from a cup and is more attentive to his name and songs. All of this has happened within two months. His teachers are very active with everyone in the classroom, and we receive updates and pictures throughout the day, which makes me feel like I’m… still with him while I’m at work. We have visited two other reputable facilities right down the road from us that would cut our drive down to single digit minutes, but they just do not live up to the expectations Cornerstone has set for us.
